Hello sir,
Now we are improving the Salary Generator with more options. You dont type the figures in words.It will displayed automatically. So the preparation of contingent bill for various recoveries are more easy. Also the Chelan for treasury is also included. You just select the recovery from the dropdown menu.The head of account, amount etc. are displayed. The only thing is to take the print. If you are remitting the amount in Cash you just enter the number of notes in the second page of chelan.

Now the preparation of Salary bill and the recovery statement can do within half an hour.

Now Govt. have revised the conditions for determining the property tax vide Order No GO (MS) 124/09/LAD dtd. 03/07/2009. As per this conditions the wellknown software Property Tax Generator is reconstructed as Ver.5 . The panchayats those have already prepare the details with the old version can transfer the datas to the new version. For this the details in the unprotected area is selected and copy and paste to the Basic data of the new version. Also some Panchayats are requested to change the font from ML TT Karthika to ML TT Revathy. So the fonts are changed to ML TT Revathy in all the softwares in Malayalam.
