NEW VERSION OF PROPERTY TAX, AFS and BUDGET

Now Govt. have revised the conditions for determining the property tax vide Order No GO (MS) 124/09/LAD dtd. 03/07/2009. As per this conditions the wellknown software Property Tax Generator is reconstructed as Ver.5 . The panchayats those have already prepare the details with the old version can transfer the datas to the new version. For this the details in the unprotected area is selected and copy and paste to the Basic data of the new version. Also some Panchayats are requested to change the font from ML TT Karthika to ML TT Revathy. So the fonts are changed to ML TT Revathy in all the softwares in Malayalam. For down loading the New version CLICK HERE Thank You all using this softwares and giving valuable instructions.Expecting more in future.

I dont know this rhyno or the above commenters. U guys need to know the facts.. IKM enna vellana nammalude panchayat funds thinnu veerthu vanna oru edanilakaran annu. They are developing softwares in SQL with full of errors... U know recent g o says we need to pay 8rs/ house for recent tax revision. and this excel sheet costs us absolutly free. calculate a grama panchayat with 20000 buildings with 8rs.. the IKM is also receiving grants from Kerala govt too excluding our funds...........
