ബഹു.കേരള സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ (ആര്‍ഡി) വകുപ്പിന്റെ 14/01/2011 ലെ സ.ഉ.(അ) നമ്പര്‍ 19/2011, 20/2011 തസ്വഭവ ഉത്തരവുകള്‍ പ്രകാരവും ചാതന്നൂര്‍ ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഭരണ സമിതിയുടെ 26/09/2011 ലെ III നമ്പര്‍ തീരുമാനത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും ഉപയോഗക്രമത്തിനനുസരിച്ചും ഓരോ ഇനം കെട്ടിടത്തിനും അതിന്റെ ഉപ വിഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കും ഒരു ച.മീ. തറ വിസ്തീര്‍ണ്ണത്തിന് ബാധകമായ അടിസ്ഥാന വസ്തുനികുതി നിരക്ക് താഴെ പറയും പ്രകാരം നിശ്ചയിച്ചു തീരുമാനിച്ചത് 01/11/2011 ലെ മാത്രുഭൂമി ദിനപത്രത്തിð പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുകയും ആയതിന് ആക്ഷേപമൊന്നും ലഭിക്കാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിð ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഭരണ സമിതിയുടെ 12/12/2011 ലെ II നമ്പര്‍ തീരുമാനപ്രകാരം 2011 ഏപ്രിð 1 മുതð പ്രാബñ്യത്തിð അംഗീകരിച്ചു തിരുമാനിച്ചു.

While opening the TF Generator Folder you can see two work books namely TR59B with documents and Allotment. Open the TR 59B Work book. Here You have 8 Worksheets namely Basic Data, Requisition, Authorisation, proceedings of DDO, TR59 B, PT1,PT2, and PT3.Click on Basic data.Enter the relevant details in the respective columns which are self explanatory. Click on the Requisition sheet. Here the Requisition of DDO in the approved form is generated. You can take the print and ready for issue.In the same way you can take the print of Authorisation, proceedings of DDO, and TR59 B bill for treasury. Ignore the last three sheets . It is the programme for converting the figure to word.
Open the other work book Allotment . Here You have only one Worksheet namely allotment .Click on this.Enter the relevent details in the respective coloumns which are self explanatory. Take the print. After prepairing the First allotment right click on allotment tag then move or copy then move to end . you will get another copy of allotment . Rename it with allotment No. .

We are announcing another useful programme BP Generator Ver.1( Building Permit Generator) in Microsoft Excel format for prepairing the Building Permit and Regularisation. For downloading the programme please CLICK HERE .

While opening the BP Generator Folder you can see two work books namely Building permit and Regularisation. Open the Building Permit Work book. Here You have 27 Worksheets namely Basic Data, Application Register and 1-25 Building Permit forms. Click on Basic data. Enter the relevent details in the respective coloumns which are self explanatory. Dont forget to enter the last coloumn Whether the permission is granted or not. Click on the appln. Reg. Here the application Register in the approved form is generated. You can take the print and bound the Volume at the end of the Financial Year. Sheet 1 to 25 are the Building Permits approved and you can issue the same after taking the print.

You can prepare 25 nos of Building Permits by using this Work book. When 25 nos are completed take a copy of the Work book and rename it as BP 25-50 and continue the process. So You can prepare any number of Building permits .

Open the other work book Regularisation. Here also You have 27 Worksheets namely Basic Data, Regularisation Register and 1-25 Regularisation Order forms.Click on Basic data.Enter the relevent details in the respective coloumns which are self explanatory. Click on the Reg. Reg. Here the Regularisation Register in the approved form is generated. You can take the print and bound the Volume at the end of the Financial Year. Sheet 1 to 25 are the Regularisation Order approved and you can issue the same after taking the print.

So the preparation of contingent bill for various recoveries are more easy. Also the Chelan for treasury is also included. You just select the recovery from the dropdown menu.The head of account, amount etc. are displayed. The only thing is to take the print. If you are remitting the amount in Cash you just enter the number of notes in the second page of chelan.

Now Govt. have revised the conditions for determining the property tax vide Order No GO (MS) 124/09/LAD dtd. 03/07/2009. As per this conditions the wellknown software Property Tax Generator is reconstructed as Ver.5 . The panchayats those have already prepare the details with the old version can transfer the datas to the new version. For this the details in the unprotected area is selected and copy and paste to the Basic data of the new version. Also some Panchayats are requested to change the font from ML TT Karthika to ML TT Revathy. So the fonts are changed to ML TT Revathy in all the softwares in Malayalam. While opening this file you can see four sheets namely Rates, Conveyance statement, Data and Abstract. The first sheet contains the rates of materials as per the existing schedule of rates. You can change the values at the time of revision of rates.The second sheet contains Taluk average conveyance of materials. These values are also changeable. The third sheet is Data and fourth one is abstract. All the items in the data book are not included in this sheet Although the most commonly used items for Panchayat works are included. You cannot change the values of the third and fourth sheets because it contains several formulas and so it is locked for security.

Maximum care has been taken for the accuracy of calculations of data. Any how the user should satisfy himself for the accuracy of calculation .If any discrepancy is noticed mail immediately and so we can correct the same in the next version. If all are OK print the pages .It is better to take the print using a laser jet printer.

You just enter the corresponding amounts in the concerned cells. Don’t add or subtract any figures. It will be automatically displayed. Here you should enter the details of Opening balance and Closing Balance as per the Cash Book.

Another useful software for preparing the Salary details of Panchayats . The existing software for the preparation of Salary bill by IKM is not in the prescribed proforma TR 51. Now we are announcing the salary bill preparation in the approved proforma. You just enter the basic data like basic pay, salary deductions, etc. as descibed in the proforma in Basic data sheet. The columns in the basic data sheet are self explanatory. In the second sheet you can see the inner of Salary bill. The consecutive sheets are self explanatory.

3.Malayalam Fonts :
While opening the Master budget file sometimes you may not read Malayalam in your computer. This indicates that Malayalam fonts are not installed in your computer. If so you just open this file and select all the contents by pressing ctrl+A. The contents are highlighted.Copy the contents by pressing ctrl+C.Close the window and open My Computer icon. From there open control panel and then open Fonts.Then paste the copied contents by pressing ctrl+V.The Malayalam fonts are installed in your computer. Once again open the Master Budget.See the budget Performa in Malayalam.

4.Master budget
While opening this file you can see two sheets namely Receipts and Expenditure. Click the Receipts Sheet. The columns are self explanatory and enter the figures with care. Special attention should be taken for not changing or enter any figure in the cells of yellow colour. After completing Receipts sheet proceeds to the Expenditure Sheet.Enter the figures.After completing checks the % of CB at the right side of Abstract. If it is below 5% adjust the figures in Receipts and Expenditure.

If all are OK print the pages .It is better to take the print using a laser jet printer.
